bento.tl.fe_xia2019(sdata, **kwargs)

Compute enrichment scores from subcellular compartment gene sets from Xia et al. 2019 (MERFISH 10k U2-OS).

Parameters:

  • sdata (SpatialData) – SpatialData object.

  • **kwargs – Additional keyword arguments passed to bento.tl.fe() function.

Returns:

Updated SpatialData object with enrichment scores added to points metadata.

Return type:

SpatialData
